Don’t mail your card until your payment is confirmed. Always use a tracked shipment. Velior will never ask for your PIN, CVV, passwords or bank codes.
Is Velior a bank?
No. Velior offers card personalization. It does not issue bank cards, credit or accounts. Your account and financial services remain with your bank.
What do I need to customize my card?
Create and verify your account, choose modality, finish and design, and place your order. Don’t mail your card until your payment is confirmed and you get the instructions in My orders.
What does each modality include?
Self-install kit: chip only, no ATMs or contactless; shipped to your home. Chip and bank ATM: chip and ATMs, no contactless. Contactless, chip and ATM: all three functions, at a higher price.
Do you guarantee it works with any card?
No. Compatibility is reviewed before production and depends on the card and the bank. We do not guarantee universal compatibility.
What information should I share?
Only what’s needed for the design and shipping. Don’t attach photos with bank details, full number, CVV, PIN or passwords. Velior will never ask for them.
How do I pay?
By bank card on the processor’s secure page (when enabled) or by reporting a Zelle transfer you already made. Zelle reports are verified within 1 to 12 hours.
How do referrals work?
When you sign up you get an 11-digit number. Someone else can enter it when preparing their payment (you can’t use your own). When the payment is confirmed you earn 10 points and a notification. Two cards in one order earn 10 points. The redemption minimum will be announced soon.
Can my account be deactivated?
Yes, temporarily, after four calendar months without orders, payments or Zelle reports (logging in does not count). Write to [email protected] to reactivate it; you keep your number, history and points.
What is the delivery time?
It is confirmed in your order based on modality, design and destination. You can follow every stage from My account.
